LAUNCH POLICY DRAFT · OCTOBER 28, 2026

Your information stays yours.

Poster uses account, company, location and connected-platform information to provide the features you choose. We do not sell your information or make private company or client information public.

What can become public

Posts, photos, videos and review replies you authorize may be published to the connected platforms you choose. Existing public business information and location information used for maps and visibility tracking are handled for those features. Your private contacts, messages, internal notes and client details are not published just because you use Poster.

Service providers

Hosting and authentication providers process information needed to run your account. AI services may process the information used for the AI features you request. Stripe processes payment details and billing information; Poster does not store full card numbers. Connecting a platform authorizes the permissions displayed by that platform.

Access and control

Customer workspaces must be authorized separately. You can disconnect channels and manage your subscription. Public content already sent to another platform is also subject to that platform's policies and controls.

Before public launch

This policy is a launch draft. The operating business's contact details, retention periods and supported deletion process must be completed before collecting customer data commercially.
